I’m at national Polish-German border railway crossing over Neisse River, Bielawa Dolna, Poland. Railway line No. 295 (Węgliniec-Horka). Ahead of me brand new two-way line running on freshly reconstructed bridge (behind me). For decades this line was forgotten and neglected.
